 Brandon was absolutely AMAZING!!! I actually found him while renting my home and he assisted me with handyman and home repairs even though I wasn't working with him. I got his information from someone else and cold called him to see if he could help me. So when we decided to sell our home he was our first choice. We live out of state and needed Brandon to handle every aspect of the sale down to being available for workers and deliveries. He never hesitated just asked when and where. We were actually in the process of moving from IL to IA and he made it so easy that the sale of the home required none of my attention. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor. He was so thorough and knowledgeable about how to put our house on the market and get the best sale price. He even cleaned out our entire garage so that we wouldn't have to pay an additional amount to have it done. Our house sold within hours of posting.  I can not get this guy to help at all. I called him when I was recently in New Mexico. (Central) He looked at the property I was looking at and passed me off to someone else. I called him early this morning and gave him a list of properties I would like to get a plat on and I hear nothing back. Very disappointed because I have plans to invest in NM and was gonna use this guy as my go to agent. What a disappointment. I contacted him directly (twice). I was trying to get him to represent me so I can buy property. Zillow can't seem to get an agent for me on the line which is why I decided to contact agents directly.

 Very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Was willing to schedule showings at times that worked for my work schedule. During the closing process Brandon kept me informed which resulted in a seamless process. Recommend 100%.
